Service and Usage Agreement
This Service and Usage Agreement is made and accepted between each user who will use the virtual server and hosting services provided by Netlack.com. The Agreement defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties and is subject to the conditions outlined below. Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure that you understand its content before accepting it.
1. Use of Services
a. The Customer must use Netlack.com Services for legal and legitimate purposes. The Services may include web hosting, virtual servers, domain registration, and related services.
b. The Customer must comply with local, national, and international legal regulations and laws when using the Services. There are also limitations that include, but are not limited to:
i. Creating or sharing content that includes threats, harassment, defamation, or abuse.
ii. Engaging in activities that infringe on copyright, patent violations, or other intellectual property rights.
iii. Using or distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
iv. Engaging in behaviors that endanger the privacy or security of third parties.
c. The Customer must adhere to Netlack.com's AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) and other relevant policies and rules while using the Services.
2. Service Interruptions and Maintenance
a. Netlack.com acknowledges that service interruptions may be required from time to time, including planned maintenance and emergencies. The Customer will be informed of any interruptions.
3. Payment and Invoices
a. The Customer agrees to pay the specified fees and billing cycle for the Services. Payments must be made using the payment method designated by the Customer.
b. To ensure continuous use of the service, invoices must be paid on time when the service period expires.
4. Cancellation and Refund
a. If the Customer is not satisfied with the Services, they may request cancellation and a refund under certain conditions. Cancellation policies and refund terms are available on the Netlack.com website.
5. Privacy
a. Personal data belonging to the Customer is processed and stored in accordance with the Netlack.com Privacy Policy.
6. Liability Limitations
a. Netlack.com is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or damage caused by malicious software.
7. Termination of Agreement
a. If both parties violate this Agreement or fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the other party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement.
8. Changes and Updates
a. Netlack.com reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed.
