REFUND POLICY
– Netlack Bilisim will not process refund requests other than technical malfunctions.
– Netlack Bilisim examines the refund requests and, if they comply with the conditions, makes the refund by deducting VAT (18%) and money transfer / EFT fees within the periods specified in the Law.
– Netlack Bilisim has the right to change, stop and change the price of the campaigns.
– Even if it is a product that is included in the articles and there is no harm in returning it, there is absolutely no refund for any product with a campaign.
– Refund requests made by the customer for the credit loaded on the system or the forward Netlack payments (month-year) made for the purpose of extending it will not be processed.
– Returns are not accepted after installation for software services. The periods and regulations specified in the law are reserved.
– Netlack is not responsible for any reasons resulting from the packages you use, other than Netlack's customer gifts. For this reason, incoming returns will not be taken into consideration.
– You have 3 days, including the start of the service, to open a refund request. If you do not create a refund request within this period, your refund request will be deemed invalid.
